I looked at the butter sizzling in the frying pan. It was more than a spoonful. It looked like a gross exaggeration. The wooden spoon had scooped out what appeared to be a play-do container's worth of butter. It clung to the meat in the pan. I watched and thought of my vegetarian burger.
